Hello! I am a Psychology graduate from Christ University, Bangalore, with over 4 years of teaching experience in Psychology and English. Teaching has always been more than just a profession for me it is something I am genuinely passionate about. I strongly believe that subjects like Psychology and English become truly interesting when students are able to connect them with real-life experiences, emotions, communication, and everyday behaviour. Over the years, I have taught students from different academic backgrounds and focused on building strong conceptual clarity, confidence, answer-writing skills, and critical thinking abilities. My teaching style is interactive, student-friendly, and research-oriented, ensuring that students not only score well academically but also develop a deeper understanding of the subject. I have also been associated with research work conducted in collaboration with the Government of India through the Indian Institute of Public Administration (IIPA), where I contributed to research-related academic work in the fields of Psychology and English. This exposure helped me develop a practical understanding of behavioural studies, communication, learning patterns, and analytical thinking. In addition, I am currently working on an ongoing research project exploring the relationship between psychological stress and its effects on skin health, combining concepts from psychology, stress studies, and human behaviour. My academic interests include cognitive psychology, mental health awareness, educational psychology, personality studies, behavioral sciences, and psychosomatic health. As an educator, my goal is to make learning engaging, simplified, and meaningful through practical examples, discussions, case studies, and personalized mentorship. I specialise in CBSE & ISC Psychology, English language support, board preparation, CUET guidance, answer writing practice, and concept-based learning.
